Bala Puli leads the day-to-day execution that turns VSP's vision into operating reality. As President & COO, he is responsible for translating strategy into disciplined delivery — aligning engineering, product, and go-to-market teams around a shared operating rhythm.

Bala's focus is on building an organization that can scale without losing precision: strong processes, high accountability, and a relentless customer orientation across every product line, from enterprise software to service robotics.

Praveen Machavaram leads the technology vision behind VSP AI & Robotics' entire product portfolio — from the AI models that power VIKKY's perception and decision-making, to the cloud architecture behind VSP's ERP, CRM, and HRM platforms.

As CTO, Praveen champions engineering rigor and responsible AI: systems that are efficient, secure, and genuinely intelligent, built to perform reliably in the real environments where people live and work.
